LEMA is excited to announce our NEW project with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission.

THE APOLLO BEACH MARINE SPORTFISH ENHANCEMENT CENTER SHELL BUILDING
at the
APOLLO BEACH CENTER FOR CONSERVATION
APOLLO BEACH, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

The project consists of a New one-story pre-engineered metal building, approximately 14,000 square feet, with concrete masonry unit base and associated site work, utilities, landscaping and walkways. The building consists of two main portions which includes a hatchery space and an unimproved office/administration area. The hatchery area includes a system of trenches within the floor slab with no slab planned for the office area. This project will provide a shell building that the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will outfit with hatchery support equipment and systems over a period of time. The project includes an elevated wood deck at the North side and an interior mezzanine for mechanical equipment and enclosed space beneath.
