City of Tampa Solid Waste Building
The City of Tampa Solid Waste Container Maintenance Building renovations, included, but not limited to, replacement and painting of existing metal building wall and roof panels, installation of roof insulation and vents, attachment of a pre-engineered building to the existing structure that house a new ventilated paint booth, removal and replacement of damaged portions of the existing concrete work floors and aprons, renovation of existing restrooms, addition of a new shower and locker room, addition of a storage area with mezzanine, installation of a new 2-ton crane and frame along with purchase of heavy equipment specific to solid waste container repair tasks, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work.
