Florida Fish & Wildlife Apollo Beach Marine Sportfish Enhancement Center Shell Building

This Sportfish Enhancement Center Shell Building consists of a New one-story pre-engineered metal building, approximately 14,000 square feet, with a concrete masonry unit base and associated site work, utilities, landscaping and walkways. The building consists of two main portions which includes a hatchery space and an improved office/administration area. The hatchery area includes a system of trenches within the floor slab with no slab planned for the office area. This project will provide a shell building that the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will outfit with hatchery support equipment and systems over a period of time. The project includes an elevated wood deck at the North side and an interior mezzanine for mechanical equipment and enclosed space beneath.
